  • What are the warranty details?
    There is a lifetime warranty on the software. If you ever accidentally delete something or change a setting that affects gameplay, the software can be replaced for you. I am always available if you ever have any questions.
  • What are the shipping details?
    Your item ships with USPS Priority 1-3 business day Priority Shipping with insurance. Tracking will be emailed.

  • Where are the classic arcade games?
    The arcade titles are in the MAME, CPS1 and CPS2 categories.
  • Do I have to be online to play the games?
    No, The games are already on the system. Just plug it in and play!
  • What are my controller options?
    The system comes with two analog controllers. You can use many other types including some wireless. I always like to recommend the Logitech F710 wireless or the SNES style d-pad wireless.
  • Are the games tested at all?
    Yes! All of the games have been tested and all of the garbage has been deleted. This is NOT one of those systems full of demos, repeats and 800 versions of Pong. The T95 Retro is very clean, organized and clutter-free.
  • Is the system plug and play?
    Yes, just connect the HDMI cable to your TV or monitor and plug it in. That's it! There is nothing to download, update or install.
  • Can I save my games, use cheat codes and add more games for free?
    Yes, yes and yes!
